Pastor Todd, while youth pastoring in Odessa, met his wife Angela on a mission’s trip in El Paso. They have now been married 22 years. They have 3 children: Chaeli (19), Chase (16), and Kalei (12). Todd and Angela are both West Texas natives. Ministry has taken them literally around the world. They love missions! Before coming to First Assembly they were missionaries to the public Jr. High and High Schools of West Texas and New Mexico with Youth Alive. Their passion is to see people come to faith in Jesus Christ and to see the church body have a fresh encounter with the Holy Spirit.

Chris & Cassandra Bejarano
Chris & Cassandra met at H-Town Master’s Commission, a discipleship program, in 2010. They’ve now been married three years and have one son, Warren (1). Although Chris is from West Texas, he never thought he’d be called back. However, after serious prayer they both realized that Odessa was where they were called to. Cassandra is the Business Administrator and together Chris and Cassandra lead kids church on Sunday mornings.

Jason & Shyanne Maloney
Jason & Shyanne met in 2018 at Odessa First Assembly, where Jason was serving as a door greeter. The rest is history, and they married in May of 2019. Shyanne participated in the West Texas Internship under Russell and Crissy Chandler for 2 years after high school. During that time she knew the Lord was calling her to ministry. Pastor Todd and Angela called and Shyanne knew Odessa was where she needed to be. Jason originally moved to this area for work. He started faithfully attending OFA with his family. God began to move in His life and he too feels a call on his life to serve the Lord! They are both currently taking classes to become credentialed. Jason and Shyanne don’t know what the Lord has next, but they just want to be ready for whatever that is. Shyanne is the Business Administrator and together Jason and Shyanne are the young adult leaders.

Tony & Britnee Surles

Tony and Britnee Surles first met at Odessa First Assembly at Youth Revive in 2019 and were married there the following year. Both Tony and Britnee have experienced God's redemptive power first hand, both having been set free of life-controlling issues. As a result they are passionate to help others find that same freedom in Christ. Tony and Britnee are the Coordinators for Freedom For The Basin, a Living Free Ministry, at Odessa First Assembly. Their son Micheal is active in the youth group. He has a heart to serve and recently expressed feeling God call him to missions.
